Eligibility for Returns

It must be returned in the original packaging, including all interior protective materials, certificates of authenticity, and any accessory items that were part of the original shipment. The original packaging is considered an integral part of the product, and items returned without it, or with damaged packaging, may not qualify for a full refund.

We inspect all returns thoroughly. Items that show any signs of wear, handling, damage, or are not in resalable condition will not be accepted for a full refund and may be sent back to you.

How to Initiate a Return

Before returning any item, you must first contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without a valid RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box cannot be processed and will be refused at our receiving facility.

To request an RMA, please reach out to our customer service team through the contact form on our website. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return, including the reason for the return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the RMA number and detailed instructions on where to send your return package.

Shipping Your Return

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable and insured shipping service for your protection. We cannot be held responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged, or delayed in transit. Please ensure the RMA number is prominently displayed on the outside of your shipping box.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of its arrival. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned item.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account can vary depending on your card issuer’s policies. The refund will be for the purchase price of the item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene, safety, or seasonal reasons. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, shows signs of use, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packing your orders. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any standard shipping charges, once the incorrect or damaged item is returned. Please do not refuse a delivery, as this complicates the resolution process.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund following the standard return procedure and then placing a new order for the desired item.

Special Considerations for Collectibles

We specialize in fine collectibles. These items are often fragile and their value is closely tied to their pristine condition and original packaging. We ask that you inspect your collectible immediately upon delivery with the same care we use in selecting and packing it. Handle it minimally and repackage it precisely as it was received if a return is necessary. This protects the item’s condition for the next collector.
