Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses; a physical street address is required for all shipments to ensure successful delivery by our carriers.
We are committed to processing orders in a timely manner. For orders containing in-stock items, our standard processing time is typically 2-3 business days from the date your order is placed. We kindly ask that you consider this processing window when selecting any expedited shipping service at checkout, as the delivery timeline provided by the carrier begins after the order has been processed and leaves our facility.
For our customers located outside the contiguous United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, as well as for international destinations, different shipping protocols and charges apply. Furthermore, orders that consist exclusively of replacement parts have specific international shipping options available to select countries, including Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom, often for a simplified flat rate. Any applicable currency exchange rates will be clearly shown during the checkout process for international orders. Please be aware that expedited shipping options like 2nd Day Air are generally not available for orders containing only replacement parts.
